Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions given below is applicable to all the clients-partners of Viteb.com who hire dedicated resources from Viteb.com

The below mentioned points are applicable when a client wants to hire resource(s) (web designer, web developer, web tester, SEO, project coordinator, business analyst, etc...)

• Viteb.com assigns dedicated resource(s) to work on full time or part time for the client as per its ‘Hire Dedicated Resource’ business model.
• A full time hired resource works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week & 160 hours a month or whichever is finished earlier while the part time resource works 4 hours a day, 5 days a week & 80 hours a month or whichever is finished earlier.
• Viteb.com will be providing the necessary infrastructure to the hired resource like office space, computer, internet connection and technical books.
• Once a resource is assigned to the client, the resource works dedicatedly on the tasks assigned by client and client has to make sure to assign continuous project work and regular tasks assignments to resource which will keep the resource busy for the hired month as per the resource’s daily work schedule.
• Client has to manage the resources by assigning task to the hired resource(s), get regular reports and work updates.
• Viteb.com will just assign the dedicated resource(s) to the client while the client decides as to what task or projects to assign, etc… to the hired resource. Viteb.com is not responsible in any way for completion of tasks that is assigned by the client or non-performance of the resource.
• Client has to pay a monthly fixed fee for each of the resources that are hired by the client. Any delay in payment as per the agreed payment terms can result in work stoppage and resource disengagement. Viteb.com reserves full rights to take any action against the client for any late payments apart from the ones mentioned above.
• If the hired resource/s is not performing as per the expectation of the client in terms of quality or productivity, etc…, the client has to inform Viteb.com in writing by email as to which resource is not performing well and has to make a request to Viteb.com by email to change the resource. Apart from this, any means or claims made by the client will not be considered. Viteb.com & client mutually agrees to change the allocated resource with a new resource keeping 2 weeks advance notice period in situation mentioned herein.
• The communication between client and hired resource will be done over email and if required, the resource can use the client’s project management system for regular project updates and work reporting. Viteb.com will not be liable for use of code, images, project information, etc… used by the resource for the project work of the client. Client has to make sure whatever is delivered by the resource to the client is correct. Viteb will not be liable for any claims arising out of such usage of code, images, etc…
• In situations where the resource is not able to come to the office due to bad health or family emergency or other such situations, Viteb.com will inform the client about the same. The hours lost due to absence will accordingly be adjusted by the resource in the forth coming days.
• The payment for the dedicated resource is to be done on advance monthly basis or as per the agreed terms. Viteb.com will raise the invoice/billing once the client agrees to hire the resource. Accordingly the client has to wire the payment. On completion of the monthly billing cycle, the next billing cycle is automatically started. The client has to make sure to send the payment in time before due date for smooth working of the resource. Viteb.com reserves the right to cease to work of dedicated resource until the payment is received. An 18% of interest fee will be charged to the client from the due day of payment as a penalty for late fees. If the client wishes to discontinue with the services of Viteb.com, the client has to give a two week advance notice period to Viteb.com. Similarly if the client wants to add more resources in the team, the client has to give two weeks advance request for the same and send the payments of the new resources accordingly.
• In the event of natural calamity or events not in control of human beings, Viteb.com is not liable for the damage or losses or anything related to its project and the assigned resources.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction Ahmedabad city, Gujarat State, India and the client agree to submit disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms to the non-exclusive of the courts in the Ahmedabad.
• The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time and will be published in the website for viewing to client as well as general public. Client has to periodically review the same so as to remain abide by these terms and conditions.
