Fixed Cost Model

You send us the Request A Quote Email along with project details..
We analyze your project and send you queries (if any) and confirm the scope of work along with cost & timeline for the project..
You agree to the scope of work and pricing & timeline and give us a go ahead for the project..
We start with your project development and give you timely feedback.
Once the project is developed, it is deployed on your server and tested.
On completion of the project, we signoff or close the project.
Any further changes or additions are treated as maintenance work and are quoted separately based on the requirements.

VITEB incorporated some of their own ideas into our layout, which resulted in a solution that we were happy with. Communicating with VITEB was done through email and Skype. It was easy doing business with VITEB because everything was done via email and Skype. Even with the time difference, response to emails was immediate. There is a possibility we might use VITEB again in the future.

You send us your requirement of hiring dedicated web designers, web developers and/or seo experts
Based on your work, you inform us whether you wish to hire a Sr. person or a Jr.person.
Based on the amount of work, you inform us whether you wish to hire a full time resource (8 hours daily) or a part time resource (4 hours daily).
You can hire one, two or many resources together depending on your requirements.
Once the project is developed, it is deployed on your server and tested.
Based on our existing project schedules and resources, we allocate you dedicate resources to work for you on your projects.
You directly assign tasks to your resources and the resources directly sends you tasks updates.
Since there is no scope of work fixed, you can assign any number of projects any tasks to your hired web professional.
The hired professional works 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and 160 hours a month or whichever is finished earlier.
On completion of the monthly cycle, you can either wish to continue with the dedicated professional or may inform us about ceasing the work.
Once you agree, we continue to allocate more resources as and when required.
