Should I Hire a Jr. web designer or a Sr. web designer? |

Depending on your requirement, we will suggest you which one should be preferred. A Sr. resource is more experienced and his understanding to the requirements is fast as compared to Jr. resource though the quality of work they both deliver will be at par.

What are your payment terms? |
|

When you hire a dedicated resource, we charge you monthly advance fees. However for fixed cost project, we charge 50% advance and balance at the time of completion of the project.

How does the task assignment and reporting work? |
|
|
Generally email is the preferred communication medium. Task assignment and work reporting are both done by email. However if you plan to use your own software for task assignment and work reporting, the hired resource can accordingly report using your preferred software.

What if the hired resource is not performing well? |
|
|
If you have hired a Jr. resource, we will suggest to upgrade to Sr. resource, while if you have already hired a Sr. resource and if you feel that the resource is not performing well as per your expectations, we will change the resource accordingly.

What if my web designer or web developer resigns? |
|
|
We have a policy of third days notice period for resignation and during the course of time, we do a systematic knowledge transfer so that your work does not get affected.

Do you sign NDAs for critical information? |
|

Yes…we do it if clients’ need it and we also ask our resources to sign NDAs to protect our clients’ information.
