When you hire a dedicated resource, we charge you monthly advance fees. However for fixed cost project, we charge 50% advance and balance at the time of completion of the project.

Generally, email is the preferred communication medium. Task assignment and work reporting are both done by email. However, if you plan to use your own software for task assignment and work reporting, the hired resource can accordingly report using your preferred software.

If you have hired a Jr. resource, we will suggest to upgrade to Sr. resource, while if you have already hired a Sr. resource and if you feel that the resource is not performing well as per your expectations, we will change the resource accordingly.

We have a policy of thirty days notice period for resignation and during the course of time, we do a systematic knowledge transfer so that your work does not get affected.

Yes…we do it if clients need it and we also ask our resources to sign NDAs to protect our clients’ information.
