Long pauses in a call i.e. “dead air” or a lot of “umm’s“ and “aah” make the conversation less effective.
- Every telemarketer or sales person requires the power to convince their prospect. Try to give the pros of your product and make them realize that there is no harm in trying out your product. Many telemarketers in this process end up giving false information. Never give out any false information to your prospect. Stay true and straight and that will help you to reap the benefits.
